Director and Psychotherapist of Support/Change/Heal a private psychotherapy practice in Accra for over 12 years. Laurita has completed a 200 HR yoga teacher training as well as Level 1 and 2 Sensorimotor psychotherapy certification.

Laurita has undergone trainings in mindfulness and trauma treatment. She has 16 years of experience and is excited to bring together yoga and psychotherapy tools in a holistic approach to wellbeing.
